Story Behind Our Food Menu
Our fresh Seasonal Pairing Menu both captures the essence of California wine country cuisine and complements the diverse composition of our wine list. Featuring ingredients such as Cowgirl Creamery cheeses, Harris Ranch Angus Beef, and Fra' Mani sausages, and dishes such as Gilroy Garlic Fries and Santa Maria BBQ, there is no doubt about the integrity of our concept. In addition, our signature "trio" features based on California Sliders and Tacos allows us to feature authentic, seasonal ingredients while providing yet another vehicle to showcase our wines.
While the composition of the trios, as well as the rest of the menu, changes with the seasons, the intent is that they continue as unique, defining components of our food program which contribute to the value of the CV brand. And based on the critical acclaim we have received, including being recognized as having the Best Bar Food in Hong Kong by TimeOutHK Magazine, it seems we have a winner here!
