California Vintage CALIFORNIA WINE EXPERIENCE EVENTS presents: CHEF KENJI'S TUESDAY NIGHT PAIRING MENU FEATURING Chentella Wines Tuesday, 11 October 2025 Tuesday is a particularly delicious night at CV since, each week, our Executive Chef Kenji Yuen creates a special 3-course menu designed to pair with our current featured Winery of the Week. Throughout the evening, guests have the option of enjoying the featured fixed price pairing menu as an alternative to our seasonal paring menu. This week's menu was crafted by Kenji to pair with 3 beautiful selections from Chentella Wines, a tiny producer of consistently high-quality wines that are pure expressions of the outstanding fruit from which they are made.
