About Us

California Vintage is a branded chain of California-themed wine bars which aims to introduce Asian consumers to the authentic California wine country experience in environments which are ENGAGING, ENTERTAINING, EDUCATIONAL, and EXCITING.

We made our debut in January 2011 with the opening of our flagship venue in Hong Kong at 77 Wyndham St. in Central, the heart of the city’s entertainment hub. Over the next five years, we are set to open over 20 outlets throughout Asia, expanding within Hong Kong and into mainland China, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and beyond.

Committed to serving only the finest California wines, CV has partnered directly with a select group of 22 family-owned wineries from throughout the state. Collectively, these premier brands reflect the breadth and diversity of California's multiple wine regions and form the foundation for our wine program, with over 80 wines available by the taste, half-glass, full-glass or bottle. All of the wines are also available for retail purchase with delivery available, either directly from CV venues or from our website. And guests who choose to join our California Collectors Club** earn special on-premise benefits through their retail purchases.

To complement our wine offering, we have created a Seasonal Pairing Menu which offers a range of authentic California cuisine, presented so as to facilitate the selection of food that will enhance the wine experience -- and vice versa! And with an ambience that is reminiscent of our California wine country roots, the integrity of the experience is complete.

Unique in concept and design, California Vintage engages both wine connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts through an interactive, user-friendly and tech-enhanced environment. While the attentive, well-informed staff will attend to requests and offer suggestions, guests can also select and sample wines independently from the smartcard-enabled Napa Technology dispensing machines. Our info-loaded iPad menus also help our customers make well-informed selections with further details available on all of our offerings.

And finally, since we believe that education is key to wine appreciation, CV offers a range of ongoing programs and events designed to help our guests build their wine knowledge, particularly with respect to California wines. These include a rotating series of featured wine "flights", food-and-wine pairing events, sommelier-led lunches and tastings, and visiting winemaker dinners.
