Delivery Terms and Conditions

• All sales are final.
• If an error is the responsibility of California Vintage no fees will apply for returns.
• Deliveries will made within two business days from the placement of the order.
• For orders under HK$800, a flat delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply for quantities up to a maximum of 4 cases (48 bottles). Quantities above 4 cases will be charged an additional $25 for every case or partial case.
• CV Wine Club members may be entitled to free delivery on orders, depending on their status and order size.

• Deliveries are between 10:30 AM to 6 PM. Driver will telephone in advance for home delivery. Please make sure to include a daytime number.
• California Vintage policy is to replace any corked wine without question. Please return the wines immediately for our handling
• Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
• We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.
